If you or a loved one are depressed, thinking of suicide, or something doesn't seem right, please see a doctor as soon as you can. Nine times out of ten, it's something simple that can be resolved easily, and if it's more complicated, your doctor will know exactly who in your area to refer you to.
Over the years, these are the websites I've found most helpful and interesting. Many of them have their own links sections which are very comprehensive - and probably a lot more complete than mine! :)
